We are specialists in low cost alloy (the latest new thing in mould making, suitable for producing around 500,000 impressions) and mild steel tooling , however brass, hardened tool steel and materials such as beryllium copper or cast resin can be used if required. We have a wide variety of moulding machines, from manual molders to fully automatic in both vertical and horizontal configurations. We hold stock of a wide variety of materials in most colours for injection moulding. eg, ABS, glassfilled ABS, Polystyrene, Cellulose Acetate, SAN, PMMA,PA 6 ( nylon 6 ), PA 66 ( NYLON 66 ), PA 11 (NYLON 11 ), PA 12 ( NYLON 12 ), Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, Delrin, Glassfilled nylon etc Vac Forming we normally produce in various grades of HIPS, PVC, ABS or PETG Tooling for vac forming is manufactured normaly with MDF for test runs and cast resin for std runs, for high volume parts cast or cnc alloy tooling is std.
